Suggested action: Verify that the power-on control jumper on J23
extension cable is on pins 1 and 2

Diskette drive in-use LED stays on, or the system bypasses the diskette
drive, or the diskette drive does not work.

Suggested action:
- If there is a diskette in the drive, verify that:
- The diskette drive is enabled in the Configuration/Setup utility program
- The diskette is good and not damaged (try another diskette if you have
one)
- The diskette is inserted correctly in the drive
- The diskette contains the necessary files to start the appliance
- The code program is OK
- The cable is installed correctly (proper orientation)
- Run Diskette Drive Diagnostics
