IBM Holosofx Workbench Server v4.2.2 - Patch2 Readme file.

Important: The IBM Holosofx Workbench Server v4.2.2 - Patch2 requires a previous installation of the IBM Holosofx Workbench Server v4.2.2

How to install this Patch:
1- Extract the contents of the wbs422p2.zip (or wbs422.tar) that you have downloaded in a temporary folder.
2- Copy the file named publisher.jar from the folder on which you extracted the zip/tar file to <deploymentDir>/lib and replace the existing one. 
3- Copy the file named BPR_Server.ear from the folder on which you extracted the zip/tar file to <deploymentDir>/server and replace the existing one. 
4- It is strongly recommended that you make a copy the file named web.xml for later referencing of the environment parameters values.
5- Undeploy the existing IBM Holosofx Workbench Server from the WebSphere ApplicationServer.
6- Use the WebSphere Application Assembly tool to edit and customize the BPR_Server.ear in order to set the initial parameters with the appropriate valuesaccording to your needs.
7- Deploy this new patch on the WebSphere Application Server.

Fixed bugs related to following PMR items:
------------------------------------------

* APAR JR19135: Fixed the bug causes failure in BPM Repository when re-check in an organization that has been checked out with key update. 
Problem Description: 
1) Checkout fails due to the existance of an invalid character in the Process name that is checked out.
2) Checkin an organization that has been checked out with Key Update fails due to duplicate records.

Please Notice That the Cause of this error has been already fixed in IBM WBI Workbench Server4.2.3
and IBM Holosofx Workbench Server 4.2.2 Patch2.


Steps to fix the problems in the processes names and resolve the duplicate records:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1- Edit the file named run.bat the has been extracted from the downloaded zip/tar file, and adjust the class path to include the database driver file.

2- Run the file run.bat. The Connection Parameters dialog box appears.

3- In this dialog box do the following: 
	- Enter the user name and password of the authorized administrator.
	- Select the database type you are using.
	- Adjust the database URL.

4- Click OK. The Organization List dialog Opens.his dialog box displays the organization list that contains all existing organizations in the database.

5- Select an organization from the Organization list 

6- Click Validate to Validate the selected organization. A message will appear to display if the organization contains any corrupted file names or duplicate records and there is a need to be repaired, or to inform you that the organization does not need to be repaired. 

7- Click Repair to repair the organization if it contains errors.

7- Repeate steps 5 and 6 for all existing organizations in the Organization list to ensure that you corrected all Organizations in database.
