COMPLETED CHANGE REQUESTS

This patch contains fixes for the following CRs based on customer reported and internally discovered issues.

CR Number
As of Version
Problem
15262 a.k.a CQ15258
4.1.0.8
Increasingly slower response with repository access:
When Tools designers access artifacts from the server, the response time is getting slower after every access. After the server is restarted, the response time remains good until the designers start accessing more artifacts from the server. The problem is more clearly visible when a Map containing a huge business object is opened.
The fix improves response time.
