Problem with insert of effective-dated rows |
Workaround provided by adding additional ASI at the BO Level which will ensure that the item will be
inserted at either the lowest or the highest index Position. This is used when the
getEffectiveItemNum() returns the position (where the insert needs to happen)
as –1. The ASI at the BO level would be as follows: Either InsAtOldestEffDtPos=true – this will insert it at the highest index
which
will actually have the oldest
effective date (or) InsAtCurrentEffDtPos=true – this will insert it at the
lowest index
Zero, which will have the current
Effective date Only one of these ASI can be used at a time. |
