Bookmarks can be saved within the information center. To save an information center bookmark, navigate to the page you want to bookmark, select Bookmarks in the black bar in the masthead, and then select Add/remove current page in the bookmark navigation panel.
To remove a bookmark that you have previously saved, select the bookmark to display the page and then select Add/remove current page in the bookmark navigation panel.
Each time that you add or remove a bookmark, the new list of bookmarks is saved in a cookie so that they are available to you in future sessions.
Because the information center makes extensive use of frames, using your web browser's bookmarks is not recommended. If a page from a frame is bookmarked and subseqently displayed it will not be in the correct environment and may not display correctly or completely.
If you want to use your web browser to bookmark a page there is a two-step process:
When you use your new bookmark, it is probable that your browser will return to the frame you selected without any of the other frames used in the original window. This will cause a JavaScript error and, without the navigation panel, you will have to rely on the links within the information.
