This information center has been tested extensively using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.0 and later. Other browsers may work equally well but some do not have all the features required by this information center.
If you switch from one class of information to another, for example, if you switch from the Home class to the Tasks class, two frames are changed, the navigation panel and the main panel. When you use the browser's Back button only one panel is refreshed. You will have to select the Back button again to refresh the other panel also.
The buttons in the footer bar are greyed out when they are not applicable. All the book navigation buttons are greyed out when the main panel is not displaying a topic from a book or from the help information. The Privacy, Legal, Feedback and Library buttons are greyed out when the corresponding page is being displayed. All the buttons are greyed out when search results are being displayed directly from NetQuestion, that is, before they have been saved.
Each category name is contained in its own fixed size frame. If the navigation panel is too narrow to contain all the text, the text wraps onto two or more lines and only the first line may be visible. Usually the first word of the category's title is sufficient to identify the category. If you want to see the whole title, make the navigation panel wider by dragging to the right the border between the navigation and main panels.
To get back to the start page you must select Home and then "Home Page" from the navigation panel.
If you are looking for a command, such as the ZRECP CONTINUE command, you must enter the initial letters of the whole command, that is, beginning with "ZRECP CONT...". Simply entering "CONT..." will not find the command.

The NetQuestion server runs on a different port number from the rest of the information center. In order to communicate between the different servers it is necessary that your security permissions allow this to happen. Check your security permissions and reduce them if they are too restrictive.
The search results have to be passed between NetQuestion and the information center using the search string on a URL. The limitations on the size of such a string prevent more than about 20 search results being saved.
Search results are normally only a means to an end. The results of several searches could also be quite large and could easily exceed the storage limits for a cookie. For these reasons search results are not stored between sessions. If you find useful information topics as the result of a search, save them in your bookmarks file: select Bookmarks, select "Add/remove current page" to add the page to your list of bookmarks.
