ZCLAW DELETE-Delete CLAW Workstation Definitions

Use this command to do the following:

Format




WS-wsname
deletes the definition for the specified CLAW workstation, where wsname is the 1- to 8-character alphanumeric name of the CLAW workstation.

WSAppl-wapplname
deletes the definition for the specified CLAW workstation application, where wapplname is the 1- to 8-character alphanumeric name of the CLAW workstation application.

HOSTAppl-happlname
deletes the definition for the specified CLAW host application, where happlname is the 1- to 8-character alphanumeric name of the CLAW host application.

SDA-sda
deletes the definition for the CLAW workstation that has the specified symbolic device address, where sda is the 1- to 4-digit hexadecimal symbolic device address of the read channel unit on the CLAW workstation.
Note:
Symbolic device addresses are always assigned in read/write pairs. In the TPF system, the symbolic device address assigned to the read channel unit is always an even hexadecimal number (for example, X'20') and the write channel unit is always the following odd hexadecimal number (for example, X'21').

The following information is displayed in the examples:

 WS 
is the CLAW workstation name.

 HOSTA 
is the CLAW host application name.

 WSA 
is the CLAW workstation application name.

 SDA 
is the symbolic device address of the read channel unit for the CLAW workstation.

The definition for the CLAW workstation application and CLAW host application pair (API and TCPIP) on the OS2TCP CLAW workstation is deleted in the following example.
