A CRET is issued by the XRST program in this package to start high-speed
message switching traffic to those line(s) and terminal(s) which have been
removed from intercept.
Both XOMA (low-speed output) and XLMT (high-speed) can be initiated by
several programs. See XOLG since it does the queueing of output for
most of these programs.
The Relieval Program (XREL) can initiate either XOMA or XLMT when message
queues are relieved from intercept.
