		the lcfd process/service.  If epmgr_flags is 0, the
		orphaned endpoint will not be allowed back in to the TMR.
		If epmgr_flags is 1, the orphaned endpoint will be allowed
		back in to the TMR, and only one instance occurs.

69510,69611	Specify long-lived TMA login policies.  When the TMA     PASS
		has logged in to the TMR, but has not yet received
		notification that it's login was successful, kill lcfd.
		Restart lcfd and note that it does not get yet another
		entry created for it, with the relevant logs stating:

			resource `endpoint label: ' exists
