information about the fixes addressed by TAM E-SSO Desktop Password Reset
Adapter (DPRA) 6.00 Rollup D Fix Pack 5 as well as a list of known issues, if
applicable. It also provides instructions for installing and uninstalling this
fix pack.

s4911, s5322, s5326, s5263: User could not reset his password with TAM
E-SSO DPRA when the Minimum Password Age Active Directory policy was set to a
number greater than zero and the user entered a new password that did not pass
the AD password policy.

To install this fix pack:
Note: If you are upgrading from TAM
E-SSO DPRA Server Rollup D Gold, TAM E-SSO DPRA Server Rollup D Fix Pack 1, or
TAM E-SSO DPRA Server Rollup D Fix Pack 2 to Fix Pack 4, you must first upgrade
to Fix Pack 3 (the full .msi version). Follow the
installation instructions included with that fix pack, which will require you
to re-assign appropriate permissions to the Web Service and Password Reset
Service through the Admin Console. Then you can upgrade to Fix Pack 4 by
installing the .msp files.
SQL Server Users: To implement the code
modifications in issue s3604 above, make the following manual changes to
the database table:
- On the SQL Server machine, open Enterprise Manager.
- Locate the TAM E-SSO DPRA database and select Tables.
- Right-click on the Users table and select Design Table.
- Change the column name "UserSiD" to "UserSid" (Change capital "D" to lower case "d").
- Save."
You cannot uninstall this fix
pack. If for any reason you must uninstall the fix pack, you must uninstall the
TAM E-SSO DPRA product and reinstall. See the TAM E-SSO DPRA Installation
and Setup Guides for more information on uninstalling TAM E-SSO DPRA.
