Installation instructions

To help ensure a satisfactory installation of this fix pack:

  1. Ensure that TAM E-SSO DPRA 6.0 Rollup D is installed.
  2. Read these release notes entirely.
  3. Back up all data. IBM strongly recommends that you back up data prior to the installation of any software.
  4. Close all IBM software.

To install this fix pack:

  1. Double-click the TAM_E-SSO_DPRA_Client_6D_FixPack03.msp and follow the onscreen instructions.
  2. Double-click the TAM_E-SSO_DPRA_Server_6D_FixPack03.msi and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: After upgrading the TAM E-SSO DPRA Server 6.04 to Fix Pack 3, you might have to reapply your IIS directory permissions in IIS Manager for vGoSelfServiceReset, the TAM E-SSO DPRA Web Service account in the E-SSO DPRA Management Console and your Syslog/Logging settings in the TAM E-SSO DPRA Management Console.

Known issues or considerations

  1. On the SQL Server machine, open Enterprise Manager.

  2. Locate the TAM E-SSO DPRA database and select Tables.

  3. Right-click on the Users table and select Design Table.

  4. Change the column name "UserSiD" to "UserSid" (Change capital "D" to lower case "d").

  5. Save."
