Cause: The TNR was not being updated with new NetWare Managed Site name.

APAR IX75796 Created a NWMS and changed the name a few times (via PASS
Defect 35819 the Tivoli Desktop). After each name change, the
"View" was refreshed and the following commands were
run "wlookup -ar NetWareManagedSite", "wls -o
/Regions/", "wls -o /Library/NetWareManagedSite",
and "wchkdb".
Regression Tests
----------------
Regression tests were performed using TNWR version 1.5 and both TCP and IPX/SPX
PC Agents, version 5.001 and 5.001 release 2.
- Installed via SIS, wpatch, and the Tivoli Desktop PASS
- Performed simple distributions (i.e. no error conditions, no BARC
scripts, etc...) PASS
- Distributions with error conditions triggered via a BARC script PASS
- Distributions with timeout conditions triggered via a BARC script PASS
- Distributions with timeout conditions triggered via very large file
packages (>100MB) PASS
- Distributions with a normal, "benign" BARC script PASS
- Distributed file packages both less than and greater than 16KB
in size under the conditions mentioned above PASS
- Distributions through the NWMS were aborted while data was still
streaming PASS
