This interim fix resolves defect of NEXTID file may become zero length

Section 3. Prerequisites
--------------------------------------

1. IBM Application Services Pack for Distributed Systems 1.0
   RQV100G2 is minimum level of installation.
   
2. Fix Pack 3 for Solaris -- 1.0.0-TIV-ASPK-Solaris-FP0003

Section 4. Installation Steps
--------------------------------------

Use the instructions below:

1. Stop all LDAP server instances.
  
2. Make backup copies of the files listed in the "File List" section.

3. Copy 1.0.0.3-TIV-ASPK-Solaris-IF0003.tar.Z to the 
   Application Services Pack home directory.
   
4. Run the following commands :
 
     uncompress 1.0.0.3-TIV-ASPK-Solaris-IF0003.tar.Z
     tar pxvf 1.0.0.3-TIV-ASPK-Solaris-IF0003.tar

   You can display the Application Services Pack home directory from the 
   command line:
   	 echo $CANDLE_ROMA_HOME

Section 5. Removal Steps
--------------------------------------

Use the instructions below:

1. Stop all LDAP server instances.

2. Restore files from the backup created during interim fix installation.

3. Remove 1.0.0.3-TIV-ASPK-Solaris-IF0003.TXT file from README subdirectory
   of the Application Services Pack home directory.
