Evidence Change History

A comprehensive change history is maintained for evidence. This history is started when a new evidence record is inserted and is added to whenever a change such as a modification or cancellation occurs. Each entry in the change history contains the type of change, the date and time that the change was made, and the user who performed the change. The change history is useful for determining the reason why a participant's eligibility may have changed. It is also useful as an audit trail and for traceability purposes.

Changes to participant evidence can be viewed from the participant manager. A history of changes that have been made to the participant evidence can be viewed from the participant manager home page This allows the user to see at a glance any changes that have been made to the participant data.
