This chapter describes the steps that must be followed within application administration in order to capture and maintain evidence at both the person tab and case level. These steps include configuring evidence types, and then associating the evidence types with application cases, persons and prospect persons, cases and categories. The evidence framework supports the configuration of both dynamic and non-dynamic evidence. The latter traditionally involved development time activity, so is outside the scope of this guide.
