3.0 Fixes contained in this release

The following issues were listed in the Release Notes for version 7.0 and are now fixed in version 7.0.0.1.

3.1 Pasting into a group from an external source causes icons to disappear

3.2 Image deletions from a script are not saved

3.3 When resizing multiple images in a script, the new size may not be saved

3.4 With multiple undos of Add to Group, the Authoring Editor and Outline view can get out of synch

3.5 RMT Tours do not work in 4 languages (localized Windows only)

On localized Windows operating systems, the tours now display properly in Brazilian Portuguese and Traditional Chinese. In Simplified Chinese, the tour displays in English. In Spanish, the tour does not work.

3.6 Dragging from Reuse view and then undoing may make Authoring Editor and Outline view out of synch

4.0 Known limitations, problems and workarounds

4.1 See Manual Tester 7.0

For information about known limitations, problems, and workarounds, please refer to the release notes for Manual Tester 7.0: http://download.boulder.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/v7/rmt/70/docs/readme/readme.html

4.2 On localized Spanish versions of Windows, the product tour does not work.

When you launch the product tour, it does not run.

4.3 The rollback feature is not supported in Installation Manager Version 1.0.0.2

Contrary to the Installation Manager online help and 7.0.0.1 product Installation Guides, you cannot use the Uninstall Packages wizard rollback feature; the rollback feature is not supported in Installation Manager Version 1.0.0.2.

The Rolling back updates online help topic indicates that you can use the Uninstall Packages wizard to revert to a previously installed version of a package. For example, if you install Rational Application Developer Version 7.0 and then update to version 7.0.0.1, the help topic states that you can use the rollback feature to revert to 7.0; this is not possible. Also, the Silent Install Commands online help topic indicates that you can use a rollback command during silent install; this command is not supported.

Workaround: In order to revert back to an earlier version of a package, you must uninstall the entire package; a single uninstall removes the 7.0 and upgraded 7.0.0.1 package. In the example, you would need to uninstall 7.0.0.1 and then reinstall the 7.0 package.
