Manually reinstalling Installation Manager Installation
Manager might
be unresponsive because an installation of the application has failed,
installation directory files were accidentally removed, or the program
files became corrupted. To fix these issues, you can install a new
version by manually removing the installation files and reinstalling
the application.

troubleshoot installation issues.
Viewing installed packages
You can view a list of the packages and fixes installed
on your computer with IBM Installation Manager.
Export data for problem analysis
You can generate a .zip file that contains data for analyzing
installation problems. IBM Software
Support can use this file to help troubleshoot issues that you encounter
with IBM Installation Manager.
