This patch fixes the following:

Defect RATLC00155668:

The install of the Rational Ada Embedded Developer 4.4.6 for VxWorks
product does not complete correctly, leaving references to directories
on IBM servers where the product was built. This patch provides and
runs a new post_install script to correct these references.
