This patch fixes the following:

Defect PEBU00006480:

Document the pcboot facility (used in the 'Apex Embedded to Intel
Architecture for Rational Exec' product). This updates a document
that is included with all Rational Apex products, but with information
that will only be relevant to users of Apex Embedded
Sun Solaris to Intel i386/Pentium Family for Rational Exec.
