1.0	Problem Description

20030710 solves the following problem:

- Invalid output when db2nodes.cfg file does not contain an entry
for node 0 after installing Fix Pack 5.                                


2.0	Installation Instructions

1. Unzip and untar the file anywhere on your AIX system
2. After the untar is complete you will see an additional ptf_HPU215H subdirectory
3. CD to ptf_HPU215H and make sure your $TOPHPU is set up.
4. From the root run install.sh


3.0	Backout Instructions

1. Navigate to $TOPHPU/ptf/HF215H
2. Run uninstall.sh
