The Web User Interface uses your existing RACF® (or other external security manager) security profiles for CICSPlex® SM. Access to the Web User Interface is controlled by user ID and password at sign on time.

You can set up additional security to control access to specific Web User Interface menus, views and help panels, and to the View Editor.

You can also use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) support to provide encryption on the connection.
