MTERMNL - Monitor terminals

The MTERMNL view shows general information about monitored terminals.

Availability

The MTERMNL view is available for all managed CICS® systems except CICS for Windows.

Access

Issue command:
MTERMNL [terminal.]

terminal
Is the specific or generic name of a currently installed terminal that is being monitored, or * for all monitored terminals.

If you do not specify the parameter, the view includes information about all monitored terminals within the current scope.

Select:
TERMINAL from the MONITOR menu and MTERMNL from the TERMINAL submenu.

Figure 32 is an example of the MTERMNL view.

Action commands

INIt
terminal sysname
INI Initializes the CICSPlex® SM statistics counters associated with a terminal to 0.
REMove
terminal sysname
REM Removes a terminal from CICSPlex SM monitoring for the current sample interval and discards its accumulated statistics.
Where:
terminal
Is the specific or generic name of a terminal.
sysname
Is the specific or generic name of a CICS system.

Note:
You can also display the MTERMNLS view by issuing the SUM display command.
