Unable to start Client trace to memory buffer

Explanation

The Client daemon was unable to start the trace to the memory buffer.

System action

Tracing to the memory buffer is not started and the Client daemon control application displays this message to the console.

User response

Investigate why the Client daemon was unable to start the trace. For example, if the cicscli -B option has been used to specify memory mapping trace, but MAXWRAPSIZE is is not set to a value greater than '0' in the configuration file, specify a valid maximum Client wrap size, restart the Client daemon and invoke memory mapped trace again.
