The timeout parameter specifies the
delay, in seconds, after which an invalid server can again be included
in the Workload Manager server group.

When a server is unavailable, the server is flagged as invalid, and
is no longer included in the workload balancing algorithm used by
the Workload Manager.
- The Workload Manager is used exclusively on Windows platforms for connections to CICS® servers over TCP/IP or SNA.
