PQ12289  - MLE's #object event is fired when object wasn't changed

Prerequisites:

Symptom:
   The #object event of an MLE is triggered even when no data changes.
 
   On a window drop an mle and a text field.  Drop a prompter
   on the free-form surface.  Connect the mle's #object to the
   #prompt of the prompter.  Test the part.  When you tab out of
   the mle (without entering any data), the prompter will fire.
