13291 -  "nil is incompatible" displayed for nil in CDV cell

Prerequisites:

        None.

Symptom:

When a ContainerDetails cell contains a nil, the cell
is displayed as "nil is incompatible".  A nil should
be converted to an empty string internally.

Solution:

  Open a workspace on 13291.st and file in the code.
