13225 -  On Windows 2000, the user interface has wrong "look and feel"

Prerequisites:

        None.

Symptom:

On Windows 2000, the user interface looks like a Windows 3.1 UI.

Solution:

  Open a workspace on 13225.st and file in the code.  Exit from
  VisualAge (saving the image).  The UI should be correct the
  next time the image is started.
