12416 -  Tabbing does not work correctly in AbtContainerDetailsView

Prerequisites:

        None.

Symptom:

When tabbing through the cells of an AbtContainerDetailsView,
it looks like there are items that being skipped. Sometimes 
tabbing occurs as one would expect it but other times it will 
skip one or two items.  
 

Solution:

Open a workspace on 12416.txt and file in the code.
