Symptom:

	When using threaded libraries on MQ on AIX, calling Delay>>#wait              
    while connected to a manager causes Smalltalk to hang.	

Solution:

	Rename pq22393.w to abtmqs40a.w.  It saves the VAST signal
    handlers immediately beforemaking any MQ call, then restores
    them immediately after.
