pq19694 - V4.02b & V4.5 Bitmap/Icons don't display on 
                 Win95ToolBarButton if MS Service Pak installed

Prerequisites:

	 V4.02b & V4.5

Symptom:

	 V4.02b & V4.5 Bitmap/Icons don't display on Win95ToolBarButton
     if MS Service Pak installed

Solution:

	Open a workspace on the file pq19694.st and file in the patch.
	This code should only be applied if you are not planning to run the 
    retail version of Windows 95.
