Fix for VisualAge Version 3.0a Refresh - Distributed Feature

This fix provides performance and scalability enhancements for the VisualAge 
Distributed Feature. 
 
This fix prereqs VisualAge Professional, Version 3.0a Refresh.  You must 
have the Distributed Feature loaded and applied all the readme fixes.

To apply the fix, copy the self extracting zip file 'distfix.exe' into a fix
directory.  Execute 'distfix' to unpack the fix files.  Follow the instructions 
in the readme.txt file to complete the installation.
