ABTSOM30.DLL contains a fix for a problem with VisualAge V3.0a on Windows 95 or NT that 
causes Smalltalk to crash when reloading the SOMsupport feature (or SOMsupport Samples feature) 
into the image.  Sometimes a WIN95 error box for 'IBMST caused an invalid page fault in KERNEL32' is 
displayed; sometimes not.  If running with SOMDDEBUG=3, the SOMDMESSAGELOG contains the 
message: R6018 - unexpected heap error.  

Replace the ABTSOM30.DLL file in the VisualAge directory.
