The error received was: Operation failed: 3343 (API: 00001c93; RC:0xff000050)". Please copy it to the same directory location as the coresponding NLM. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1) Be SURE to download the JR14190.exe file in BINARY format. 2) Create a Temp directory and copy the JR14190.exe file into it. 3) Within the temp directory, extract the JR14190.exe file by executing it. 4) Stop NetWare for SAA. 5) Backup your previous versions of the files being replaced. 6) Copy the new files into there appropriate directories. 7) Restart NetWare for SAA. IMPORTANT! Carefully compare the dates of the files supplied with this APAR fix to the files being replaced. If ANY of the files being replaced are more recent than the files shipped with this APAR, discontinue the installation of this fix and contact Customer Support for clarification.
