It includes both the fileset, csasl1.obj, and its related .toc file. You must have root authority to install this fileset. - Download sl1aix.tar into a directory. - Extract the fileset using the command "tar -xvf sl1aix.tar". - Start "smit install_update". - Select "Install/Update From All Available Software". - Enter the directory name to which the fileset was extracted. - Enter the fileset name, csasl1.obj, into the field "SOFTWARE to install". Service files are installed with root ownership and root access permissions. If you want users WITHOUT root authority to be able to start or access the IBM CallPath Nortel Meridian 1 product files, the following changes are required: - Change the group with the chgrp command for all of the directories and files within the installation path. For example, to permit the Admin group, issue: "chgrp -R Admin /usr/lpp/csasrvr" - Change the file permissions with the chmod command. This it turn would cause inacurrate CallPath events to flow. Condition would last for several minutes. Inaccurate meridian link messages are generate which causes callstate model corruption. Name: APAR IC27666 Symptom: This causes inaccurate messages to flow to CallPath applications. Name: APAR IY13757 Symptom: If repeated use of the manual ready/not ready operation will cause a hang in switch.exe. This only occurs on a Windows NT operating system. Name: APAR IC28315 Symptom: Special code developed to get around Nortel problem. See IBM representative for more informatiom. Name: APAR IC29499 Symptom: Special code developed to allow the user the flexibility of flowing a Call_Routed event or not by the use of a environment variable. The call routed event will flow by setting; OS2 or NT ----> set SL1NTCD=NCCR AIX ----> export SL1NTCD=NCCR Name: APAR IC30791 Symptom: There is a race condition when the call in the CDN is redirected close to the time limit. In this case in Japan, the call is redirected in 1.8 seconds while the time limit is 1.9 seconds. Call offered is issued while alert event is not processed. Special code developed to close down the timing window and process the alerting event. Name: APAR IC31066 Symptom: A call is made into CDN while time for treatment expired and call is also forwared to a busy queue. Later, an agent in the busy queue is made available and alerting event is missing. Code added to handle this particular situation. Name: APAR IC31309 Symptom: Party number shown up in pool number field in set feature invoked event with agent_busy_with_followup. Problem introduced when incorrect files were copied in when fixing another problem.
