Problem: The loadfactor for a pilot number is initialized to zero. If the monitor fails then ILB will not receive the ACD information to update the loadfactor. Thus, the loadfactor remains at 0 which is considered least loaded. Workaround: None Solution: If the monitor fails for a pilot then set its loadfactor to the highest possible value. Name: Internal 8087 Symptom: If an applicaton calls TadsQueryLoadFactor with an invalid Service-Group name then the ILB Daemon abends. Problem: The ILB abend occurs when creating the error message text to write to the log file. Workaround: None Solution: None Name: Internal 8088 Symptom: ILB disconnects from all remote servers whenever one of the start/stop times for any of the Service-Groups is reached in order to re-read the INI file. ILB incorrectly issues a 2nd disconnect for these remote servers. There is no impact from this 2nd disconnect error other than an error message is logged. Workaround: None Solution: None Name: APAR IY13370 Symptom: When ILB determines that a call should be redirected to the local ILB then the call is returned to the switch instead of being redirected to the configured number. Detail: ILB contained a logic error where it would return control to the switch instead of redirecting the call to the configured number. This problem has been corrected. In addition, some switches do not support return control. ILB has been modified to take the input parameter "-RC xxx" where ILB will redirect a call to the number "xxx" instead of doing a return control. Name: APAR IC30706 Library: 9471 Symptom: ILB does not recognize the configured local server name if it is 16 or more characters. The documentation states that any server name can be up to 16 characters. Detail: ILB was incorrectly checking the length of the local server name. Name: APAR IC30778 Library: 9469 Symptom: ILB goes into a hard loop when one changes the configuration while ILB is still running.
