  Installation Instructions:

    Download the self-extracting file, ddeos2.exe, into a temporary directory.
    Execute it from the command line and follow the prompts.
 
    If you answered "Yes" to the backup query and wish to
    undo the service update, issue the following commands:
 
      <installdrive>:
      cd \
      <backupexe> -Qdr
 
    where <installdrive> is the drive letter on which product is installed
      and <backupexe> is the full path name of the backup self-extracting file.

       Name: PMR 23256
     Detail: When issuing a MakeCall from a virtual line other than the 1st
             line the generated telephony events (DIALING event) was being
             received for the 1st virtual line.
 
       Name: Defect 8022
     Detail: When an agent issues a MakeCall from virtual line 1 in which
             the call is not answered and is then sent to phone-mail,
             Telephony DDE treats this scenario as 2 calls on different
             virtual lines (lines 1 and 2) for the extension making the
             call. When phone-mail answers the call then the call on
             virtual line 1 goes away and now the call on virtual line 2 is
             connected. This is inconsistent with the agent's request of
             making the call on virtual line 1. These events need to be
             reflected on virtual line 1.
 
       Name: Defect 8283
     Detail: The CID field sizes for DDE Item INBOUND_DATA is 8. The size
             for the same DDE Item in the product CC/Win is 16. This will
             cause offset problems for those DDE applications the uses
             INBOUND_DATA that have migrated from CC/Win to Telephony DDE.
             This has been corrected.
 
       Name: Defect 8284
     Detail: Telephony DDE fires the DDE Item INBOUND_DATA after it had
             already fired the other DDE Alerting items (e.g.
             ALERTING_CALLER_NUMBER, ALERTING_DNIS, etc ...) This is
             inconsistent with the CC/Win product which first fires the DDE
             Item INBOUND_DATA. This has been corrected.
 
       Name: APAR IC29384
    Problem: When Telephony DDE receives a DDE SHUTDOWN request a trap may
             occur. The Telephony DDE window goes away.

     Detail: If an extension is transferred an external call (trunk line)
             and the extension has not yet answered the call (extension's
             phone is alerting) then the completion of transfer results in
             the extension receiving a connection with the external party.
 
       Name: APAR IC30894
    Library: 9514
     Detail: When a DDE Client application issues the DDE Execute command
             AGENT_ACTIVITY to make an agent available to more than one
             pool then the DDE window aborts if the switch determines that
             the agent is either ready implicitly or explicitly.
