The following components are included on the Infoprint Manager Common Clients CD-ROM:

IBM Runtime Environment for Windows, Java 2, Version 1.3.1. The Runtime Environment is used with the Infoprint Manager GUIs (Graphical User Interfaces) and with Infoprint Manager Notifications.

Infoprint Manager GUIs are used for most of your day-to-day Infoprint Manager tasks.

Infoprint Select allows you to submit jobs to Infoprint Manager from word processors, spreadsheets, and other desktop applications. Its powerful command line also allows you to directly interface with Infoprint Manager and to specify AFP print options.

Infoprint Manager Notifications allows the Infoprint Manager server to send status messages about Infoprint objects to Infoprint Manager Notifications clients.

Infoprint Manager SAP Clients allow SAP R/3 users to send PostScript, PCL, Output Text Format (OTF), and Advanced Business Application Programming data to Infoprint Manager for printing. These SAP Clients provide two-way communication between SAP R/3 systems running on Windows systems to both Infoprint AIX and Infoprint Windows servers.

AFP Print Driver allows you to produce Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) output from desktop applications. Use in conjunction with Infoprint Select or a Windows gateway printer to obtain a high degree of control over the appearance of your printed documents.

colorRipd for Infoprint Manager for AIX only allows you to print to Infocolor 70 and Infoprint Color 100 printers.
