   Worksheet Format Rules
   
   The multibom upload file (Microsoft Excel Workbook) must have 
   exactly nine columns.
   The ASource Syntax Check Program will flag, as an error, if 
   data exists in more than nine columns,
   even when the data is not visible on your display.  The data 
   causing the error is typically unprintable or non-displayable 
   characters. To correct this error,
   select and highlight the column(s) AFTER the 9th column, 
   (column I), right-click with your mouse 
   and select ‘Delete’. Save the spreadsheet and execute the ASource 
   Syntax Check Program again.
   
   Columns where no data is available or is not required should be left blank.
   
   Column A: IBM Part Number
   
   contains the IBM part number. If you do not know the IBM part number, 
   leave the field blank. You will then, however, have to enter a supplier
   name in the supplier name column and a supplier part
   number in the supplier part number field.
   
   
   Column B: Description
   
   contains the description of the component. This is not a required 
   field if an IBM Part Number is listed. It is 
   variable in length and may be a mixture
   of both alpha and numeric characters.
   
   
   Column C: Quantity
   
   contains the quantity of the component. It is a numeric field and 
   is required. The number must be greater than or equal to zero.
   
   
   Column D: Unit Cost
   
   contains the unit cost of the component. It is a numeric field and is 
   required. The number must be equal to or greater than zero and 
   can be a decimal number, up to five places,  
   such as 1.25232
   
   
   Column E: Contract Manufacturing Part Number
   
   contains the contract manufacturer's part number and can be used as 
   a reference when communicating with IBM. This is not a required field.
   
   
   Column F: Supplier Name
   
   contains the supplier name. This is not a required field unless the 
   IBM part number field is blank.
   
   
   Column G: Supplier Part Number
   
   contains the supplier part number. This is not a required field 
   unless the IBM part number field is blank.
   
   
   Column H: Parent Bill Of Material Name
   
   contains the parent IBM bill of material name. This is a 
   required field.
   
   
   Column I: Parent IBM Part Number
   
   contains the IBM parent part number. This is a required field.
