This update includes a modification to correct the following problem: - With version 3.0 of the MS-DOS client, when you read certain messages that contain color highlights, the message may exhibit a host of problems ranging from benign (characters changing color) to severe (user's system locking up). To update your MAIL.EXE file ---------------------------- 1. Insert the enclosed WA1029 disk in your floppy disk drive. 2. At the MS-DOS command prompt, type the following and press ENTER copy :\mail.exe where is the floppy disk drive containing the WA1029 disk and is the drive and directory where your MAIL.EXE file currently resides. For example, if the MAIL.EXE file is located in the MAILEXE directory on drive C and the WA1029 disk is in drive A, type the following command: copy a:\mail.exe c:\mailexe A message will be displayed stating: 1 file(s) copied. This indicates that your MAIL.EXE file has been successfully replaced. NOTE: The MAIL.EXE file typically resides on the postoffice server in the Mail executables directory as well as on the machine importing addresses into the database. Make sure you update all copies of the MAIL.EXE file.
