Introduction
------------

The disk provided with this Application Note contains REBUILD.EXE, a
replacement for the REBUILD.EXE file that is included with version 3.2
of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks. This replacement file corrects a
problem that occurs on MS-DOS and Macintosh(R) workstations when the
GALNETPO.GLB file is regenerated while REBUILD.EXE is running.

To Replace Your REBUILD.EXE File
--------------------------------

1. Insert the enclosed WA0941 disk in your floppy disk drive.

2. At the MS-DOS command prompt, type the following and press ENTER

      copy <drive>:\rebuild.exe <destination>

   where <drive> is the floppy disk drive containing the WA0941 disk
   and <destination> is the drive and directory where your REBUILD.EXE
   file currently resides. For example, if REBUILD.EXE is located in
   the MAILEXE directory on drive C and the WA0941 disk is in drive A,
   type the following command:

      copy a:\rebuild.exe c:\mailexe

   A message will be displayed stating: 1 file(s) copied. This
   indicates that your REBUILD.EXE file has been successfully
   replaced.

    NOTE:  The REBUILD.EXE file typically resides on the postoffice
    server in the Mail executables directory as well as on the machine
    importing addresses into the database. Make sure you update all
    copies of REBUILD.EXE.
