Installer starts to boot with either i386 or amd64 versions, but panics on load of ohci module. I do have a wireless usb keyboard, but no other usb devices are attached. I was able to install using "safe mode" but was later unable to boot into it in a normal fashion. And yes, I used the USB keyboard option (7) AND the default option (1) on the installer. I get panic at the same point on both. >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: State-Changed-From-To: feedback->open State-Changed-By: linimon State-Changed-When: Mon Feb 27 04:44:13 UTC 2006 State-Changed-Why: Feedback received (see audit-trail). http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=93828 From: "Jeff Walter" To: bug-followup@FreeBSD.org Cc: Subject: Re: usb/93828: ohci causes panic on boot (HP Pavillion d4100e) Date: Sat, 13 May 2006 08:35:29 -0400 Just an update... 6.1 RELEASE does not fix the problem. --=20 Existence matters only to itself. >Unformatted: State-Changed-From-To: feedback->open State-Changed-By: linimon State-Changed-When: Mon Feb 27 04:44:13 UTC 2006 State-Changed-Why: Feedback received (see audit-trail). http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=93828
