picat - picture cat
Picat converts images to sixel graphics, and outputs them to stdout. The tool
achieves high quality output by making use of the
libimagequant, https://pngquant.org/lib/ library for converting RGBA images
to the sixel palette.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
