I.	Patch Description:

   Problem Symptoms:  Storage units in a raid 3/5 set may appear hung
     when they encounter a device Medium Error on one of the physical
     members.  Eventually the device will go inoperative and would fail 
     out of the raidset. 

   Solution: Corrected code that allowed this condition to occur.

Extract the following to filename PATCH_V86F-2_INSTALL.WB_DATA and 
transfer to the Client host.  Specify it in the 'File to load' box from
the IBM StorWatch MSS Specialist Update Controller Software screen as 
selected via the 'Storage' menu option.
