I.	Patch Description:

   Problem Symptoms:  Software application failures may occur as a result 
   of forced error status encountered upon reads to Raid 5 storage units.
   When a file is read that contains a forced error status, the read 
   operation will fail.

   Problem statement:   When a storage set is under reconstruct, if a disk
   device in the storage set encounteres a recovered error on a disk, the 
   unit will be marked with forced error on that file.   There is no 
   indication of this happening until the host read accesses that file.
