Thanks for using VIVOCloud Service! We, VIVOTEK Inc., will protect your online privacy with our best efforts. Please be advised that by your registration of VIVOCloud account, turn-on VIVOCloud service on your VIVOTEK NVRs and VIVOTEK Cameras, you have fully reviewed the following terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and formally agree it. Data Collection

We collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services:

-Account
We collect and associate with your account to your information, including, but not limited to email address, name, payment information you provided when register.
-Usage
We collect information, including, but not limited to IP address, type of browser and device, identifiers associated with your devices. Your devices may also transmit location information to the services.
-Cookies
We use cookies and pixel tags to help us improving our service when you use VIVOCloud web page service. Cookies remembering your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our service. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the services.

Account in Device

A set of device local account(s) will be activated by the device firmware when you turn on VIVOCloud service. The local account(s) are used to access your devices when you attempt to connect to VIVOCloud. Data transmission is encrypted and only accessible between device(s) and your own VIVOCloud account or other VIVOCloud account(s) with your permission.

Data or Content Sharing

VIVOTEK will not disclose your personal information you provided, usage information when you use service, or any pixel tags, cookies to any third-parties without your prior consent. However, you may share your content (device access authority, video and audio stream, device configuration authority, VCA data or recording data) to other VIVOCloud user in your sole discretion.

Limited Liability

We will in no event be liable under this Privacy Policy and the services to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, of any kind whatsoever, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal equitable theory, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for losses, damages, costs, expenses, and other amounts arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy and the services, regardless of the theory of liability, will in no event exceed the amount paid by you.
