This patch contains the following software changes:


PI05061:

   Problem: When you attempt to remove an IBM Rational ClearCase Unified Change Management (UCM) composite baseline, cleartool.exe may  crash with an application error.

   Fix: Cleartool no longer tries to remove a non-exist baseline from the baseline hash table.


PI45420:

   Problem: A synchronization problem in IBM Rational ClearCase MVFS may cause inconsistent time-stamp values for view private files.

   Fix: The way MVFS validates and sets time-stamps was improved. Additionally, the resolution of view private files time-stamps will never be better than the resolution of the view storage file-system.


PI46674:

   Problem: IBM ClearCase chtype operations fail with INTERNAL ERROR when ndata versions present.

   Fix: The ClearCase chtype command has been fixed to work correctly when ndata versions are present.


PI48531:

   Problem: When running a UCM deliver using IBM Rational ClearTeam Explorer, automatic merges may not occur and it would appear that a manual merge must happen. A manual merge is not actually required in this case and the deliver will appear to stop.

   Fix: Fixes a problem in the ClearTeam Explorer where UCM Deliver sometimes stops due to inability perform manual merges in a situation where no manual merge should be required.


PI48655:

   Problem: IBM Rational ClearCase CCRC Wan Server process consumes 14mb memory when it is started up, but over time the memory it consumes keeps increasing steadily. 

   Fix: Memory leaks have been fixed.


PI48834:

   Problem: Users of IBM Rational ClearCase may experience a kernel crash or applications may appear to hang when using pt_shell.

   Fix: MVFS was changed to handle file creation options appropriately.
