To open the Task window, in the Designer navigation tree, expand Scheduled
Tasks and click the task that you want to schedule.
In the Task window that opens in the right pane, click the Schedule tab.
To select the frequency of the task run, in the General
Schedule Information area, from the Perform this task list,
select Once, Daily, Weekly,
or Monthly.
To open the Date Selection window, next to Starting
on, click the calendar button.
In the Date Selection window, set the task run schedule.
Close the Date Selection window, and on the Designer File menu, click Save.
The Designer will run the task automatically, according to the schedule
you have specified.
