OS/2 PM interface for PROBLM.TXT

Version.2.0

A PM interface that will produce a TEXT file that can be sent to
IBM to report problems. Please see the READ.ME file for details.

Major improvements in this version. It now has an INSTALL and will
optionally create an Icon on the desktop. If using WARP and you have
enabled SUPPRESSPOPUPS, it will use the POPUPLOG.OS2 file and you will
not need to re-enter TRAP info.
