Debug files for OS/2 2.11, Warp 3 and Warp 4                  November 11, 1997

o There will normally be 4 files in each debug set for all 2.11 Fixpaks,
  Warp 3 Fixpaks through XR_W028 and all Warp 4 Fixpaks:

    nnnnAST.DSK   -  Allstrict kernel (OS2KRNLD) and some SYM files
    nnnnHST.DSK   -  Halfstrict kernel (OS2KRNLB) and some SYM files
    nnnnMSC.DSK   -  Additional SYM files for AST and HST
    nnnnDMP.ZIP   -  Dump formatter and all SYM files.

    'nnnn' will be the last four letters of the FixPak they are associated
           with.

o Get the set of four files you need.

o Always set BINARY mode before starting a download (enter BINARY).
  To download all the files in a set do the following:

    binary
    prompt
    mget nnnn*.*
      or
    mget nnnns*.*         for Multi Processor
    mget nnnnu*.*         for Uni Processor

o To create diskettes from the disk image (.DSK) files you need the
  LOADDSKF.EXE program. This is located in this directory along with the
  debug files. Enter LOADDSKF with no parameters for help.

  Place the diskette in your 3.5" drive (usually A:). Then from
  the root directory of the drive from which you boot OS/2,
  enter

      A:INSTALL          (A: is the drive the disk is in)

  For AST and HST this will install the debug kernel and symbol files as well
  as a NODEBUG.CMD to restore your system to it's previous state. For MSC it
  will install the symbol files and a NODEBUG.CMD to restore your system to
  it's previous state.
