Information for Kofax Ascent Capture Users:

If your requirements include work package routing or add to   
workbasket, it is recommended that you obtain the latest Kofax
release code from Kofax.  This is because customers have      
reported that when calling a program from the                 
QIBM_VI_ITEM_CREATED user exit that performs work package     
routing or Add to Workbasket, the Kofax release program will  
fail intermittently.  The recommendation is to not perform work 
package routing through the release program.  If the Kofax      
release program is failing, check the user exit                 
QIBM_VI_ITEM_CREATED for any custom programs being called and   
remove them from the exit until the current version of Kofax    
release can be obtained.
