   The following lists the APARs fixed at each of the service pack
   levels.  Each service pack PTF is cumulative, that is, the most
   recent service pack PTF released contains all the fixes from prior
   service pack levels in addition to the APARs listed for a
   particular service pack.

   ExtendedIllegalArgumentException occurs when conversion occurs  
   for DBCS data that is not properly formatted.

   JDBC lob bytes are corrupted when accessed using                
   ResultSet.getBytes().

   JDBC is limited to a maximum of 255 open statements per         
   connection.

   The SystemValue QTIME reports the time as being off by 12 hours.

   The ServiceProgramCall class returns incorrect output parameters
   when invoking a service program that returns void.

   from or write to a user space in library QTEMP.

   The CommandCall and ProgramCall classes do not use the CCSID    
   from the AS400 object when it is explicitly set.

   The AS/400 Toolbox for Java receiver thread does not correctly  
   discard reply streams, resulting in an ArrayIndexOutOfBounds.
