North American (United States and Canada) customers may download the 128-bit North American 
version of this hotfix (Alpha or Intel) by clicking the "Windows NT Service Pack 3 (128-bit)" 
link from http://support.microsoft.com/support/ntserver/Content/ServicePacks/Where.asp.

When you choose to download the 128-bit version of this hotfix, the file 
that is saved to your hard disk is Nph-ntfinal(1).pl (or something similar).
To successfully install the hotfix, save the file as Lmfix.exe. If you have
already downloaded the file as Nph-ntfinal(1), rename it to Lmfix.exe and 
then execute it.
