Tyronne Foy (RBBS-PC TF> 1:264/152) I've been BETA testing PCBVerify and RBBSPCBV for the authors and there is one other setting not mentioned that has caused a problem here. The current version of PCBVerify can't tell the difference between the modem responses of RING and RINGING, so when your system dials out on callback and the modem sends back RINGING, PCBVerify thinks there is an incoming call and drops DTR and tries to reset..resulting in your never connecting with the other end. If anyone sees the system dialing out and then dropping DTR too fast, change your modem initializatioon string (Or NRAM setting) so that X=4 ( AT X4). Many of the current setups use X7. # Origin: Horizon RBBS - RBBS-NET HOST Dallas-Ft Worth (8:930/1.0) * Origin: Network Gateway to RBBS-NET (RBBS-PC 1:10/8)
