  In this version 1.13 of LHarc we have changed the followings:                
                                                                               
  1. New /t switch to update time stamp of all files in an archiver to         
     the lastest.                                                              
  2. Screen display for the progress of [un-]archiving uses no escape sequence 
     anymore. LHarc uses standard error output. Thus LHarc continue to display 
     even when it redirects the outoput to a file.                             
  3. Two bugs fixed in large model SFX.                                        
       With /e switch some filenames were recorded with characters missing.    
       Autolarc.bat file failed to recognize full keyword.                     
  4. New large model SFX functions.                                            
       /a switch now enables original file attribute recovered.                
       On MS-DOS 2.11 LHarc takes path_names into archives.                    
  5. LHarc failed to display filenames correctly when there is '$' in
