AT&T Reach Out America

Monthly Fee: $9.10 for the night/weekend discount and a 15% discount
                   for 5-10PM calls.

              $8.00 for night weekend discount period only.

For the monthly fee, callers get one hour of long distance during
the 10PM-8AM/weekend period and a 15% additional discount on calls
between 5 and 10 PM, Sunday through Friday. Additional late night/
weekend hours are billed at $7.55 per hour. Here is a comparison
